James Kirkpatrick, a professor of geology and executive associate dean of the University of Illinois’ College of Arts and Sciences, has been approved by the MSU Board of Trustees as the new dean of Michigan State University’s College of Natural Science. Pamela Fraker, professor of biochemistry and molecular biology and of food science and human nutrition, has been elected to the National Academy of Sciences. Fraker is the first woman from the Michigan State University faculty to be named to the academy. Read More…
